Amethyst is described as cold, cruel, fiery tempered andslightly insane. She doesnt have any friends which doesnt bother her. Many have tried to get through her icy exterier but failed then gave up. However she peffers to be by herself as she doesnt trust anyone which is one of her flaws, she doesnt like being bothered by others and can loose her temper easily.

Amethyst was born in London along with her identical twin sister Ruby. Her parents were always out, leaving Amethyst and Ruby alone to look after themselves; quickly Amethyst began resenting her parents growing more distant and cold towards them and everybody else she ever met.

Darkness swept over the Castle of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Most of the Slytherins where sitting inside the Common Room talking amongst themselves. Suddenly the portrait hole opened and the dark figure out Amethyst Black stepped into the Common Room; her peircing Emerald Green eyes looking around the room as she walked over to the seat she usually sat at by the fire. "What are you looking at?" She growled harshly at those who were staring at her, her tone of voice had an edge of coldness and posion layered in it. Those who were looking at her turned their head away quickly, Amethyst's fiery temper and insanity streak were something that others wanted to keep away from. A small almost nonexistant smirk played on Amethyst's lips as she looked into the flames of the blazing fire.
